WEEKEND RATES

ARRIVALS
For a more comprehensive journey, you are invited to arrive at 30-45 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to enjoy the wellness facilities and to have consultation time with your therapist. Late arrivals will be finished within the scheduled treatment time while the feel will remain unchanged.
SPA ATTIRE
Bathrobes, slippers and disposable undergarments are available at ASAYA for your comfort and wellness experience. Swimsuits or shorts are required while enjoying the heat and wet facilities.
SCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
Treatments on Public Holidays will be charged at the Friday-Sunday rate. Please contact our wellness concierge to reserve your well-being experience or reschedule existing reservations. We recommend advanced reservation to ensure availability. We will require a credit card information to confirm any reservations. If you wish to reschedule or cancel your reservation, please be advised that 24 hours is required in order for us to accommodate your request. No-show or last-minute cancellations will incur a 100% charge.
IN-ROOM TREATMENTS
The spa offers in-room and in-suite massages. A surcharge will apply and advanced booking is required.
CHILDREN
Young adults over the age of 16 are welcome to visit the spa. Children and teens below the age of 16 years who would like to have a spa treatment must have their guardian sign a waiver at the spa reception.
KIDS' POOL TIME
We are delighted to welcome our junior hotel guests (ages 3-16) to enjoy our pool, under the guidance of an adult, during the hours of 14:00-16:00.
LOSS OR DAMAGE OF VALUABLES
To ensure peace of mind and comfort while you are enjoying your wellness experience, we provide secure lockers and spaces for all of your belongings. Asaya will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items during your visit.
JEWELRY
We recommend that no jewelry be worn to the spa. Management accepts no responsibility for the loss of valuables brought onto the spa premises.
PREGNANCY
We have specially designed treatments for expectant mothers. Please allow us to assist you in selecting suitable treatments for this special time.
HEALTH CONDITIONS
Kindly inform us of any allergies or injuries that may impact treatment experience. We will be happy to advise safe options. If medical conditions prevail, please consult with your physician before taking any treatment or using our facility.
HOURS
The spa is open from 9:00-21:00, the pool is accessible for guests from 7:00-22:00 and the fitness center is open 24 hours for hotel guests and members. We recommend scheduling treatments well in advance to ensure availability and preferred appointment times.
