As a certified Chef Instructor, he excels at orchestrating harmonious, efficient teams.
Hailing from Germany, where he earned a degree in Culinary Arts, Chef Frank spent his formative professional years in Switzerland and the UK, ultimately leading him to join the UAE's gastronomic scene and later, Shanghai. Rising through the ranks across Asia, he collaborated with Executive Chefs to elevate culinary offerings, increase guest satisfaction, and spearhead teams that consistently deliver exceptional quality, quantity, and presentation.
