Sunset-to-Stargazing Dinner

An exclusive dining experience where the beach and evening sky serve as your dining room. Guests are led down to the "stargazing deck" to indulge in a private beachfront meal like no other. This experience features a menu curated by the chef using fresh, in-season ingredients to bring forth incredible dishes beautifully paired with complementing wines. After the meal, guests can take advantage of the low-light pollution of the Beach Club, to view the moon, stars, and planets by telescope while enjoying a digestif or a coffee or tea to close the evening.

Expertly prepared by your dedicated chef, the customizable menu offers a selection of appetizers, a choice of grilled meat, seafood, vegetables, and sides, and of course dessert! Your exclusive beachside table setting will be prepared in advance, with no preparation or cleanup necessary, leaving you and your party to simply enjoy the sizzle of the grill, and the whisper of the surf just a few steps away.
