The Anasazi Restaurant, Bar & Lounge reflects a modern sophisticated aesthetic while still celebrating the hotel’s Southwestern spirit. Inspired by Santa Fe’s rich cultural and culinary history, Chef de Cuisine, Oliver Cortez’s menus fuse old-world techniques with modern innovative recipes and thoughtful menu creation to showcase Contemporary American Cuisine Inspired by Local Flavors.
