Our menu is inspired by the vibrant Caribbean sunshine and the rich landscapes of Virgin Gorda. Fresh lobster, Conch, Tuna, and Snapper are harvested straight from our surrounding waters, while local Lamb, Beef, Vegetables, and Fruits are carefully selected to complement each dish. Every ingredient tells a story, reimagined through creative presentations and playful, modern interpretations.
Enhancing the evening, our dishes feature unique touches such as “under the sea” aged wine, and an infusion of island spices, creating a kaleidoscope of unforgettable flavors. Each wave is a deconstructed Caribbean classic, surprising, sophisticated, and deeply rooted in the spirit of the islands. Wine and artisanal juice pairings are available to complete your journey. The private Chef’s Table experience can be confirmed for a maximum of six guests. Pricing: $425 per person. Special requests: Please Inform us of any special requirements or celebrations in advance.
