Inspired by the vibrant flavors of the Caribbean and the lush terrain of Virgin Gorda, this eight course culinary journey deconstructs traditional recipes and elevates them with a modern twist.

Embark on a gastronomical voyage through a tasting menu brimming with the bounty of land and sea. Each course delights in the freshness of local produce and aromatic spices straight from the resort farm.

Dress Code: Resort elegant; slacks, a collared shirt and closed-toe shoes are required for gentlemen.
