Wochirawish Lerttanapornsit
Chef Wochirawish Lerttanapornsit, better known as Chef Ice, was inspired to cook by his father, who was also a chef. This led him to pursue a culinary education at Le Cordon Bleu Dusit in Bangkok. Growing up in the UAE, Chef Ice began his career in a pre-opening hotel in Dubai, an experience that set him on a culinary journey with opportunities such as joining the Emirates Culinary Young Chefs Club, engaging in culinary explorations in South Korea and Norway, and competing in numerous cooking competitions. Chef Ice has worked in several countries, including the UAE, Thailand, and Laos, notably as a Sous Chef at Crowne Plaza Vientiane for two years. His passion for local produce was ignited while working in Phuket, which eventually led him to open his own restaurant. Currently in Luang Prabang, Chef Ice capitalizes on the bounty of local harvests, continuing to innovate by crafting dishes that highlight the region's freshest ingredients.
