Hotel Firearm Policy
Pursuant to Section 30.06, penal code (trespass by license holder with a concealed handgun), a person licensed under Subchapter H, Chapter 411, government code (handgun licensing law), may not enter this property with a concealed handgun.
Pursuant to Section 30.07, penal code (trespass by license holder with an openly carried handgun), a person licensed under Subchapter H, Chapter 411, government code (handgun licensing law), may not enter this property with a handgun that is carried openly.
Rates and Taxes
Rates are in US Dollars and are subject to change and based on availability. Rates are subject to 17% tax, including 2% Dallas Tourism Public Improvement Reimbursement Fee.
Cancellations
To cancel reservations, guests must contact the hotel 24 hours prior to arrival for rooms, no less than 72 hours prior to arrival for Manor, Estate and Mansion Suites, and no less than 7 days prior to arrival for Turtle Creek and Rosewood Suites and the Penthouse. Cancellation policy may change based on special event dates.

Pet Policy
Pets accepted; a minimum USD150 non-refundable fee per pet per visit
Alcohol Policy
Texas Alcoholic and Beverage Commission prohibits alcohol from being brought on-premise. All alcohol must be purchased through Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek.
Smoke-Free Policy
Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek maintains a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not allowed in guestrooms or suites, including patios, balconies, or terraces. If this policy is violated in a guestroom a USD350 plus tax fee will be charged. If this policy is violated in a suite a USD500 plus tax fee will be charged. Additional cleaning fees may apply should the odor not be removed.
Swimming Pool Policy
The swimming pool is reserved for the exclusive enjoyment of hotel guests. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. The hotel is not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of personal items. The following are not permitted in the pool area: smoking; pets; outside food and beverage; amplified music and electronics; running, rowdiness and diving; pool toys and inflatables (with the exception of infant flotation devices).
