Punta Bonita’s menu explores the gastronomic heritage and culture of Mexico’s most diverse states—Michoacán, Guerrero, Oaxaca and Chiapas—offering a contrast of humble and luxurious dishes like ceviches made to order, and freshly baked tlayudas.
