Created and operated by Rosewood Mayakoba, the destination bar showcases hand-crafted spirits sourced from artisanal producers, crafting cocktails that are both familiar and nuanced for casual sippers and connoisseurs alike. From day to night, Zapote Bar offers an immersive experience that honors Mexico’s rich hacienda culture and the vibrant diversity of its craft spirits.
