Director of Bars
With over 20 years in the industry, Bob has risen through the ranks from his early days as a bartender, where he honed his skills and developed a deep appreciation of mixology, to managing established, award-winning venues around the world.
Throughout his career, Bob has worked in some of the most iconic cities in the world, from London, Barcelona, New York, and Seoul, where he organized Sool Bar Week, the first-ever bar week in South Korea. He also designed the bar concept at the famous Pussyfoot Saloon, which was voted within a year after opening as the one to watch on Asia’s 50 Best Bars.
He joined the Rosewood Phnom Penh team in September 2022, seeing the move as an opportunity to put Cambodia on the world cocktail map after falling in love with the young, dynamic, and vibrant country. As Director of Bars at Rosewood Phnom Penh, Bob oversees the hotel’s full beverage program, including Sora Bar, Deck, and Whisky Library.
Bob’s philosophy is simple: enjoy life, don’t take yourself too seriously, and be patient.
