Sustainability is one of the pillars of Rosewood Explorers Kids Club where programming and activities focus on fun, while learning about the resort’s natural eco-systems, with the hope of inspiring amongst these youngsters an awareness of the importance of conservation that will last throughout their lives.
Educate and Dedicate

- Eco Discovery Walk: Little explorers find out about Rosewood Phuket’s sustainable practices and the ways people can reduce their carbon footprint. They learn about the importance of clean and purified water, solar energy, sustainable building materials and how to harvest rainwater when they’re back at home.
- Make Your Own Paper: This activity introduces kids to recycling: what it is, its value and benefits, and how it affects their lives. They have fun learning how to create their own paper with recycled materials.
- Ocean Life: Children discover creatures from the Andaman Sea and learn about Rosewood Phuket’s Coral Reef Restoration program. They also participate in ocean science activities and learn how to make “Ocean & Sand Slime” and “Ocean in a Bottle.”
- Plant-Based Cooking: On this mindful bonding culinary experience, kids tour the garden of Ta Khai and collect their own herbs cooking ingredients while learning about their benefits. They then make their own healthy drink and prepare a three-course lunch.
