The design of Schloss Fuschl’s restaurants and bar creates an atmosphere of timeless sophistication and effortless charm. Each space is thoughtfully curated to offer an immersive experience, from the castle restaurant with its luxurious, two-tiered layout and stunning lake views, to the inviting terrace where guests can bask in the sun or enjoy intimate gatherings. The outdoor bar and beach club embody relaxed sophistication, providing the perfect backdrop for sunset cocktails, lakeside relaxation, and exclusive events. Whether indoors or out, the ambiance is one of effortless glamour, warmth, and a deep connection to the natural beauty surrounding the estate.

Bauer Stahl

The talented local architect Eva-Maria Bauer has beautifully woven the Salzkammergut region’s rich heritage into the contemporary elegance of the rooms and saloon in the castle tower as well as the chalets at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. Inspired by the castle's cultural history and the surrounding natural beauty, Bauer has masterfully preserved the castle’s ancient grandeur while infusing each space with a modern, sophisticated charm. In the castle tower, her team uncovered the walls’ hidden beauty, bringing them to life with warm pastel tones of traditional lime paint. The chalets, inspired by the region’s beloved boathouses, evoke a peaceful, maritime atmosphere.
