ASAYA SPA ETIQUETTE
In order to cultivate an environment of relaxation and tranquility, the Asaya Spa at The Chancery Rosewood is a mobile phone, camera and smoke-free zone. Towels, slippers, shower caps and all amenities required for use during your visit will be provided.
You must be 18 years or over to access treatments at Asaya Spa.
Guests booking any 120-minute spa treatment will enjoy complimentary access to the Pool, Steam Room, and Sauna facilities for 1 hour on the day of their treatment, excluding the gym.

PREGNANCY
We have specially designed treatments for expectant women and nursing mothers. Please allow our spa team to guide you in selecting the treatments most suitable for you during this time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A 100% charge will be incurred for any treatment not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Late arrival will shorten your treatment time.
CHILDREN’S POLICY
The spa welcomes the children of hotel guests every day during family swimming hours, in which they are permitted to use the swimming pool only and must be accompanied by an adult. Access to the rest of the spa including the spa changing, heat experiences, thermal floor and gym are restricted to over 18s.
VALUABLES
Asaya Spa accepts no responsibility for loss of valuables and jewellery at any time on the spa premises. All valuables should be kept securely in the lockers provided.
LOST PROPERTY
All lost property found on the premises should be handed in at Asaya reception. Items will be stored for three months and if they are not collected within this time they will be donated to local charities. Liquids, under-garments and hairbrushes are kept for 24 hours only.
