Located on the prestigious Jumeirah Peninsula and developed in partnership with H&H Development, the project will offer a rare blend of refined hospitality and elevated living.

Set along Jumeirah Beach with views of Dubai’s iconic skyline, Rosewood Dubai will include private beach access, distinct dining venues, a holistic wellness center, curated cultural programming, and dedicated residential amenities. Designed by acclaimed studios Denniston and Hopkins Architects, the development will reflect Rosewood’s A Sense of Place® philosophy through contemporary design rooted in the rhythm of the sea and the spirit of the city.
