The Estate

Surrounded by the world-renowned Val d’Orcia countryside, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, our 5000-acre estate boasts a Brunello di Montalcino winery, Italy's only private golf, castle ruins dating back to 1100 A.D, 17th and 18th century restored farmhouses turned into exquisite Villas and a church in the heart of a medieval borgo which houses the resort suites and facilities.

Full and Partial Buyouts

FULL BUYOUT: for events up to 250 guests, the full buyout of the property is required. It includes all 42 Suites and 11 Villas (for a total of 90 double guestrooms), the exclusive use of The Spa, our two restaurants - Ristorante Campo del Drago and Osteria La Canonica, the two infinity pools, the historical borgo and all the gardens.

PARTIAL BUYOUT: for smaller groups, up to 100 guests, a partial exclusive use is an option. This includes the 19 Suites located in a specific area of the borgo, the use of their surrounding outdoor area and an infinity pool. Any of our 11 Villas can be booked separately.
