Budding bakers learn all the basic steps in making these fun little cakes. Children get to smell, feel, touch, taste and weigh the ingredients, see how they are combined, understand how to bake them – and of course, decorate the finished product to create cupcake masterpieces!
Join our pastry chef Mook and her team for a fun hands-on class where children will learn about cacao, one of our key partners in provenance. After the introduction, they will create their very own salted caramel ganache chocolate dessert!
In this mindful bonding culinary experience, kids will tour the garden of Ta Khai to collect their own herbs and cooking ingredients while learning about their benefits. They will then create their own healthy drink and prepare a delicious three-course lunch.
Kids learn the history and basics of traditional Thai dancing before dressing up and performing on stage themselves. More confident children have the opportunity to perform at Ta Khai in front of their parents to showcase their new talents.
