Kids as young as four years old can learn the basics of life-long skills and practices to set them on a healthier path as they grow. Learning positive wellness habits at an early age through yoga helps kids grow stronger and keeps their physiological functions, like digestion and metabolism, at their best. Kids' yoga is a fun-filled activity and always requires at least two children to have an engaging session through sportive games. Kids are taught poses synonymous with animal names for easy memory, such as cobra pose, crow pose, camel pose, and lion pose. For each pose, the importance of the pose is explained in a child-friendly way.

Kids' Fun Fit is composed of bodyweight exercises, floor exercises, and multiple types of mind and body coordination exercises, along with games. Basic exercises—such as jumping jacks, kick stretch, and knee pushups—are taught in a child-friendly manner. Kids are educated on the different group of muscles, their workout, and their functions. This session is filled with fun and lots of knowledge about fitness.

For private sessions, pricing varies based on number of people. All prices listed for private sessions are based on one person. Any additional people joining a private session will be charged $50/person. All fitness programs are subject to a 15% service charge. Prices are subject to change.

Please assist our fitness team by informing us of any injuries or health conditions that may make the exercise you have chosen unsuitable for your child. We will be happy to advise safer alternatives. Kindly consult with your child's physician before participating or using our facility. If your child has a chronic cardiovascular condition or had a recent surgery, please do not participate in our kids fitness programs.
