We traveled all over France to carefully select producers for our private-label wines. When we tasted the wines Jean-Luc and Christian were making, we knew this would be our Chardonnay. The grapes are sourced from 50+ year old vines, grown on Clay and Limestone soils at high elevations. The juice is aged in neutral French Oak for 10 months leading to a classically crisp and balanced wine.

Cahors is the ancestral home of Malbec, where it is called Côt. It then traveled to Bordeaux where it became part of their Red Blend, then traveled across the Atlantic to Argentina. After much deliberation and many tastings of wines from the region, we chose Château Cérons to bottle our private-label Cabernet. The vineyard is located on the left bank of Bordeaux in Pessac-Léognan, known for soils layered with gravel and river rocks, which contribute to a focused yet full bodied wine rich in minerality and beautiful red fruit notes. 50% new French Oak softens the tannins, lending to a silky palate with staying power.
