Experience the elegance of Japanese floral composition with our Ikebana Afternoon Tea Workshop, led by artist Naomi Daimaru. This exclusive event takes place on select Wednesdays, seamlessly blending the beauty of Ikebana—the traditional art of Japanese floral composition—with a delightful afternoon tea.

In this immersive one-hour workshop, Naomi will guide you through the intricate techniques and philosophies of Ikebana. Using fresh flowers and a handcrafted ceramic container, you’ll create your own unique arrangement to take home, allowing you to cherish a piece of Japanese artistry.

Dustin Baxter, Executive Pastry Chef of Rosewood Bangkok, brings close to two decades of experience in the luxury hospitality industry to his role.

Hospitality has been part of Dustin Baxter’s life since high school when he worked for his parents at Pippins Restaurant in Boyne City, Michigan, USA. He’s combined that background, a talent for pastry and a love of travel into an international career, working in three U.S. states and four countries. He says learning new cultures and adding his own style to unique ingredients has been a whole new way to see the world.
