Taste of Cambodia, a vibrant four-day culinary event at Rosewood Phnom Penh, will run from September 11 to 14, 2025.

This gastronomic journey presents an array of exclusive experiences, including the re-takeover of NIKKA at Whisky Library with a guest shift, Takuya Matsumoto, from Canes & Tales bar at Waldorf Astoria Osaka. Michelin-starred Chef Alexis Moko will host signature lunch and dinner events at Cuts, while a remarkable 10-hands charity dinner will support the Indochina Starfish Foundation (ISF). Additional highlights include an elegant “Afternoon Tea Meets Jewelry” experience at the Living Room, a refined four-hands Chinese dinner at Zhan Liang, an unforgettable Cocktail Party at Sora, and a lavish Sunday brunch at Brasserie Louis to close the event.

Revival of NIKKA Whisky

NIKKA continues its takeover at Sora starting from September 11, marking another full year of celebration as the Whisky Library pays tribute to this iconic brand.

Five renowned chefs—Alexis Moko, Sothea Seng, Pheak Tim, Sonara Sieng, and Navy Chhem—will collaborate to present a unique 10-hand dining experience. Highlights include dishes such as Amuse Bouche, Foie Gras Mousse, Scallop, Grouper, Wagyu Short Ribs, and Coco Chocolate Lychees. Each chef will showcase their talent, ranging from French fine dining to innovative Khmer cuisine, ensuring a truly memorable culinary journey.

All proceeds will benefit the Indochina Starfish Foundation, supporting disadvantaged Cambodian children in building a brighter future and a better life for their families.
