IBC Annual Charity Dinner
An unforgettable evening of elegance and purpose, featuring a spectacular charity dinner in support of the Indochina Starfish Foundation—a Cambodian non-governmental organization dedicated to improving the lives of marginalized children and their families in Phnom Penh through education, healthcare, and sports.
Five renowned chefs—Alexis Moko, Sothea Seng, Pheak Tim, Sonara Sieng, and Navy Chhem—will collaborate to present a unique 10-hand dining experience. Highlights include dishes such as Amuse Bouche, Foie Gras Mousse, Scallop, Grouper, Wagyu Short Ribs, and Coco Chocolate Lychees. Each chef will showcase their talent, ranging from French fine dining to innovative Khmer cuisine, ensuring a truly memorable culinary journey.
All proceeds will benefit the Indochina Starfish Foundation, supporting disadvantaged Cambodian children in building a brighter future and a better life for their families.
Tables for ten are priced at USD1,800, making this evening both a celebration of gourmet cuisine and a powerful act of giving.
